Newport Historic YRE 665 offers something for everyone: city scapes, bay front shopping and eating, a lighthouse, boat watching, old town, and, for those ocean aficionados when the tides are right, a walk on the beach.  Footing is easy with a 2A rating for fairly level  paved surfaces and on the 10K two short but rather steep hills and the beach option. The west end of the Bayfront has been beautifully paved for wheelchair or stroller access, but nothing has been done with the steepness of the hills at either end. Thankfully they are short, so come join us.
